Sometimes when playing poker, it feels like you have an evil curse on yourself. A curse that can’t be lifted because you done something evil back in the days or some evil witch on the other side of the online poker table is chanting an evil spell. The wind of rigged cards is blowing in the wrong direction wherever you try to turn. And you can see the flush card hitting on the river, and busting your set already at the flop.

I went to see the mummy yesterday with some friends. The third “The Mummy” movie, Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, it was a little bit disappointing If I may say so myself. I actually liked the two other ones. But this one was a little bit hard to like. The poor mummy didn’t have a chance. It felt rigged all the way. It was adventures no doubt, with a lot of movie stars all over the movie. But the story felt a little bit thin and predictable.

Even if thinks look like they are going to go really bad. I think it’s important not to give up, and just try ones best. Better to do that, then sitting in a dark tomb for a couple of thousand years. And the emperor mummy did his best, I might add…
