grinding $.25 SnG

2010-07-31 • smurfofshadz • Views:523

So, after reading about the success of um whats his nickname, that dude who went from a small amount of $ to like $10 000 or something like it, read about it here on the site. (playing sit and go's on Pokerstars)

I started to look into the whole Sit n Go tournament kinda thing, havent been looking that much at them before. Always thought like why do these, they pay of to little...

but from a grinding kindof view, this might be a way.

so Friday night, i won like $0.80 on this $1000 guaranteed freeroll that Pokerstars has for its Nordic customers.. and after a few ups and downs, playing these $0.25 sit n go tournaments, im today up to like $6.2 ... weee :)\

this could be the beginning to something good.

Ive never been good at keeping my won money, because i tend to want to go higher in the stakes, which in 99% of the times results in loosing it all.

What i find intresting though, is that i do better in the 45 people game, rather than the 90 people game.
Even though that 12 people are payed in the 90ppl game, rather than 7 in the 45ppl game.

Again, i think my mind is playing games with me, see, if you look at it from a mathematical poing of view, 7 outof 45 is a higher ration than 12 outof 90. EVEN though, if you win the 90ppl game, you get more cash. ive played way better in the 45 ppl game.

Any opinions of these Double or Nothing sit and go tournaments?!

toodles, grinding shall continue tomorrow...

It's really up to you. I like to play turbo SNG, but I don't like the ultra turbo. Play where you feel most comfortable at.

You can really grind it out on those STT.

Hope to hear more on your development and thoughts about the games.
