Cardlovers Open is an international online poker tournament where the members play for money, prestige and honor to represent his or her country. Each poker tournament will be held on the last Sunday of each month. The first Cardlovers Open will be played last of November 2009.
Prizes will also be awarded to players who have been standing out during the season.
Every month competing members on Cardlovers will have the chance to compare their overall result with each other. Cardlovers Open is played in four seasons during one year. The winner of each season gets a seat in the Grand Final in December. The winner of the Grand Final will win an EPT Package and represent Cardlovers. The points in the monthly leaderboard are calculated like this:
Points = 10 * [sqrt(n)/sqrt(k)] * [1+log(b+0.25)]
All tournaments in Cardlovers Open will be played on Diamondbet Poker. The buy-in is €1 and the prize pool is €1000 guaranteed for the players to compete for each month.
How to compete in Cardlovers Open
1. Start by registering a Cardlovers account, if you haven’t already done it.
2. Follow the instructions to register for Diamondbet Poker room.
3. Send in your PIN number, and notification to support@cardlovers.com if you are not tagged at Diamondbet through Cardlovers, to take part of the extra prizes.
4. Register for Cardlovers Open at Diamondbet poker.
