User Conditions

Cardlovers is working for a free speech community, with as few regulations as possible. As a member at Cardlovers, the member has to approve on the terms and conditions on the site. It’s the member’s responsibility to keep up-to-date with Cardlovers user conditions.

Concerning post on Cardlovers both in writing and picture, we will NOT approve to the following:

1. All forms of advertising of commercial service.
2. Recruiting of players.
3. Abuse of our PEP system.
4. Racism of any form.
5. Threats against ethnic groups.
6. Propaganda for political and/or religion.
7. Any type of threats, slander or insults.
8. Pornographic and other extreme insulting photos.
9. Other material that infringes against law and regulations.

Any breach on the above regulations will lead to immediate suspended account on Cardlovers. The account will be closed down for good, and your earned PEP will not be compensated. If Cardlovers consider the breach to be classified as a serious crime, the matter will be handed to the police.

When it comes to uploading pictures on other people then yourself, Cardlovers request that the member is enlighten concerning copywrite law.

Rights and Responsibilities

Cardlovers responsibilities are to keep the site updated and free from any crime offence. If you as a member realize that something has overlooked anything of this matter, kindly forward an email to support@cardlovers.com. Cardlovers does not take responsibilities of a guaranteed problem free community. Therefore we are requesting our members to be alert on possible errors and any attempts or breaking of rules.

All material that goes out on Cardlovers, is our right to use without question, partly for internal and external usage. Investigation and other questions will be saved for evaluation to be later applied by Cardlovers.

Members
As a member you have your own legal resbonsiblity for what you write and enter on Cardlovers. If you are not in agreement with what occurs between you and Cardlovers, you do not have the right to publicize or distribute further contents and material from Cardlovers site.
From Cardlovers you will be able to get rewarded via Cardlovers PEP-system. It’s the members own responsibility to submit any tax-declaration if necessary Laws and tax system regulations may vary depending on where you live.
