The internet gambling is increasing dramaticly in France and has been doing it the whole spring. The new anti-tobacco decret has upset the players so much that a lot chose to stay home and play online where they can of course smoke freely.
The legal situation for online gambling is a bit shaky in France, with two recent trails without any real result because of the uncertainity in the European Union law. This makes the French media interested and the online gambling industry profits as the traffic to their sites soar. Combined with the new tobacco law this is a bad beat for the offline casinos.
