User conditions

Cardlovers proposition is a free user with a goal of steering as little as possible. As a Cardlovers member you have the approval on our conditions on our site. It's the members that have the responsibility to keep yourself updated and eventually changes in our user conditions.

When concering the entry in writing or photos we will "not" approve the following:

1. All forms of advertising of commercial service.
2. Recruiting of players.
3. Abuse of our PEP system.
4. Rasism of any form.
5. Threats against ethnic groups.
6. Propaganda for political and/or religion.
7. Any tpye of threats, slander or insults.
8. Pornographic and other extreme insulting photos.
9. Other material that infringes against law and regulations.

Crime against the above regulations will lead to immediate suspended account from Cardlovers. The account will be closed-down for good and your earned PEP will not be compensated. Considerating that Cardlovers classifies the crime as serious crime we will leave the matter over to the Police.

Pertaining to the entry of photos of other persons we request that your membership be cleared by copywrite law.

Rights and Responsibilities

Cardlovers

Cardlovers responsibilities are to keep our site updated and remaining free from crime offence. If you as a Cardlovers member realize that we have missed something of this, please kindly forward an e-mail to info@cardlovers.com. Cardlovers does not take responsibility of a guaranteed problem free community,so we request for this reason that our members to be attentive on possible wrong doings and the breaking of rules.

All material that goes out on Cardlovers, is our rights to use without question, partly for internal and external usage. Investagation and other questions will be saved for evaluation to be later applied by Cardlovers.

Members

As a member you have your own legal resonsibility for what you write and enter in on Cardlovers. If you are not in agreement with what occurred between you and Cardlovers you do not have the right to publicize or distribute further the contents and material from our site.

From Cardlovers you can be rewarded via our PEP system, here you have the own responsibility to submit in your declaration as you should. Usually the laws of your tax system changes depending on where you live.
